Matt’s entrepreneurial spirit started early—at just seven years old, he was already selling lemonade on the corner. Raised in a large family in Northeast Philadelphia, Matt learned the value of hard work from a young age, holding three jobs throughout high school to help pay his tuition.

After graduating from Cardinal Dougherty High School, Matt attended La Salle University, where he earned a degree in information technology with a minor in business. During his freshman year, he launched his own company and successfully operated it for nearly a decade.

Although Matt began working in real estate part time, it quickly became his true passion. After four years, he sold his business and committed to real estate full time—and he has never looked back.

Today, Matt is co-owner of the Home Experts For You Real Estate Team and M Property Management Services alongside Mike Sroka. He believes lasting success comes from putting clients first, not simply closing the next deal. By focusing on honest guidance, exceptional service and his clients’ long-term best interests, Matt has built strong relationships that continue through repeat business and referrals.
