Matt Donnelly

Founder

Matt’s entrepreneurial journey started at age seven with a lemonade stand and grew into a lifelong passion for business, real estate, and investing. Raised in Northeast Philadelphia, he built and ran his first company while attending La Salle University before eventually selling it to pursue real estate full time.

Today, Matt is co-owner of the Gold Legacy Club, Home Experts For You Real Estate Team, and M Property Management Services. He enjoys helping clients make smart real estate decisions, build long-term wealth, and create lasting value through investing—all while providing honest guidance and putting their best interests first.

Founder

Mike Sroka

Born and raised in Conshohocken, Mike has spent more than three decades building experience in real estate, investing, construction, property management, and development. A Temple University graduate, he holds an Associate Broker License with eXp Realty and is also licensed in New Jersey.

As co-owner of the Gold Legacy Club, The Home Experts For You Real Estate Team , and M Property Management Services, Mike enjoys helping clients make smart investments, grow their portfolios, and build long-term wealth. With over three decades of experience in the Conshy area, he has built extensive knowledge in investment, construction, property management, and zoning. A respected community leader, he serves as Treasurer of the Greater Conshohocken Economic Development Committee.
